Senior iOS engineer, twelve years on iOS and seventeen in software. Currently at Skyscanner, where I've spent four years on the app's search controls, accessibility, and how AI is actually used in engineering rather than talked about. Co-founder of Feat, an AI meal planner on the App Store.
Swift and SwiftUI in a monorepo big enough that architecture decisions outlive the people who make them. Testing, performance, accessibility, release safety.
Models are useful and they are not trustworthy. I build the validation, evaluation and guardrails that decide whether what came out is actually good enough to ship.
Framing the problem with product and design, shipping it, measuring whether it moved, and saying so plainly when it didn't.
An AI meal planner and nutrition tracker, co-founded and built over two years of weekends. It plans the week around your goals, logs food from a photo, and turns the data into insights that get sharper the longer you use it. On the App Store since 2025.
An agent will tell you the work is finished. Often it isn't. I co-designed a deterministic validation lifecycle that takes that verdict away from the model and gives it to something you can reason about.
More recently: working across iOS, Android and design on how the app behaves on tablets, foldables and split view, and on the shared guidance we use to judge whether it's right.
Font scaling matters to about a third of travellers, and nobody owned it. Took it from an unowned problem to seven squads shipping fixes, on both platforms, with design treating scalable type as a default.
